The Opportunity: Senior Carer
As a Senior Carer, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our residents to live active and independent lives. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to create meaningful connections and heartwarming memories.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support.
* Deliver exceptional personal and social care, fostering independence and well‑being.
* Utilise our electronic care platform, "Nourish," to ensure personalized care plans are met.
* Contribute to the planning and monitoring of resident care, ensuring the highest standards.
* Support the induction and ongoing training of Care Assistants.

What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Senior Carer.
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
* Proficiency in medication management.
* A genuine passion for providing outstanding care and supporting others.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
* The ability to prioritise tasks and engage residents in their interests.
What We Offer
* Competitive Pay: £13.25 per hour.
* Flexible Contracts: Full‑time (22, 33, 44 hours/week) or part‑time, including night shifts and weekend work. Bank hours also available.
