A well-established renewable energy investment fund is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to support its growing portfolio. This role offers exposure to financial modelling, deal execution, valuation analysis, and equity structuring within a dynamic and fast-paced investment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex financial models for renewable energy investments.
Assist in the execution of investment transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and structuring.
Conduct financial analysis to assess the viability and risks associated with potential acquisitions and investments.
Support in structuring equity ratios and determining equity value for various transactions.
Work closely with senior team members and external stakeholders to optimize investment strategies.
Monitor and evaluate asset performance to provide insights on portfolio management.
Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a renewable energy fund.
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
Experience with renewable energy transactions and infrastructure investments is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of equity structuring and financial instruments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment.
