Housing Supervising Solicitor (5+ PQE) Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOEOverview An opportunity has arisen for a Housing Supervising Solicitor to join a growing team at a boutique law firm. This is a great opportunity for an experienced housing lawyer who enjoys managing complex cases while supporting junior team members in a friendly and collaborative environment.The Role You will manage a varied caseload of housing matters, including:
* Possession proceedings
* Homelessness applications and appeals
* Disrepair claims
* Unlawful eviction and harassment matters
* Judicial review cases
* Injunctions and anti-social behaviour matters
You will also supervise junior fee earners and caseworkers, while working closely with senior colleagues on more complex matters.About You
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQE in housing law
* Previous supervisory experience or ability to meet LAA supervisor requirements
* Strong advocacy and case management skills
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Able to manage your own workload independently
* Organised, proactive, and team-oriented
Desirable
* Legal Aid experience
* Experience working under a Legal Aid contract
* Higher Rights of Audience would be an advantage
