Job Title: Senior Property Consultant

Location: Sudbury, Suffolk

Position: Full Time (Including Saturdays)

Role Overview

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue, winning instructions, and delivering exceptional service to clients across the full sales journey. This is a fast‑paced, target‑driven position requiring strong valuation expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while supporting the wider success of the branch.


Key Responsibilities

* Conduct Market Appraisals – Carry out accurate and persuasive valuations to win new instructions.
* Generate New Business – Proactively create opportunities through canvassing, referrals, database management, and local market activity.
* Win Instructions – Build strong pipelines and convert opportunities into listings.
* Manage Client Relationships – Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with vendors and buyers, delivering a high level of service.
* Negotiate Offers – Effectively negotiate between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes.
* Sales Progression – Manage transactions from offer agreed through to exchange, ensuring consistent communication with all parties.
* Deliver Customer Experience – Take ownership of the full client journey, providing clear, honest, and timely advice throughout.
* Marketing & Presentation – Advise on pricing, marketing strategy, and property presentation to maximise value and exposure.
* CRM & Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline activity to ensure targets are achieved.
* Team Support & Mentoring – Support junior team members, share best practice, and contribute to overall team performance.
* Drive Performance – Lead by example in activity levels, professionalism, and results aligned with company standards.


Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience in residential property sales.
* Strong valuation and listing ability.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Target‑driven with strong commercial awareness.
* Highly organised with attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Local market knowledge is advantageous.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm. Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm with day off in lieu.
