We are seeking an HR Adviser to join our Talent Management team within HR.
Our corporate responsibilities span the employee journey and include recruitment, onboarding, retention and workforce planning and we play a key role in attracting, supporting and developing our young workforce.
* Our project work has a corporate focus, involves extensive partnership working and requires a balance of creativity and attention to detail to ensure work fits with organisation and service needs.
* Corporately, the team play a key role in ensuring legislative compliance. This includes Home Office sponsorship and right to work, PVG scheme membership and regulatory body requirements.
* You will collaborate with other team members and will offer mentor support to less experienced team members.
* Our work is driven by data and insights, ensuring that our approach is consistently evidence-based and grounded in thorough analysis.

The Person We’re Looking For
As an FC8 HR Adviser, you’ll be involved in, or will lead on, a range of project and business as usual work within the team remit, resourcing, workforce youth investment and strategic workforce planning. You must have:
* A degree and chartered membership of CIPD
* Proven track record in resourcing or talent management
* Experience of leading or assisting projects while balancing a range of other work priorities
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and how to put changes into practice
* A team player with experience of supporting others
* Able to build strong relationships at all levels, inside and outside the organisation with the confidence to influence others
* Strong digital, data, and analytical skills, with experience of using evidence to shape solutions
* A self-starter attitude, with a passion for talent management and making a difference
As a progressive employer, we offer the opportunity to work in this role as a “blended working” arrangement with home-working opportunities and occasional office-working as required. While the significant part of the role can and will be carried out remotely, candidates should be able to travel to and attend office locations in Fife as required.
