Year 6 HLTA - Primary School - OL11
This role is ideal for a confident HLTA with strong upper KS2 experience who can support learning, deliver pre-planned lessons, and help prepare pupils for SATs.
The Role:
Supporting and covering a Year 6 class as an HLTA
Delivering pre-planned lessons when required
Providing targeted support to individuals and small groups
Assisting with SATs preparation and interventions
Supporting behaviour management and classroom routines
Working closely with the class teacher and wider school staff
Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Experience in Year 6 or Upper Key Stage 2 preferred
Confident leading whole-class sessions when required
Strong behaviour management skills
Flexible, proactive, and reliable
