This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, lead on financial insight, and play a key part in driving performance across our Wholesale business and Centres of Excellence.

What you’ll be doing
As Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of key financial processes while acting as a trusted business partner. Your responsibilities will include:
* Driving FP&A activity – delivering meaningful insights, analysis and financial modelling to support strategic decisions
* Owning month‑end close for Centres of Excellence, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
* Leading financial reporting – producing management accounts, KPIs and performance commentary
* Budgeting & forecasting – partnering with stakeholders to challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities
* Ensuring audit & compliance – maintaining robust controls and supporting internal/external audits
* Improving processes – identifying efficiencies and enhancing systems and reporting
* Supporting and mentoring analysts, fostering a high‑performance culture
* Collaborating across the business to provide financial insight that drives results
