Bilingual Medical Administrative Assistant Qualifications & Responsibilities:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 2+ years in a medical office setting preferred
* Bilingual in Spanish is required; proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and TEAMS
* Independently manages daily referrals/intakes in EMR, gathers required information, and maintains accurate records
* Front desk duties including managing lobby, phones, scheduling, and regular caregiver communication
* Coordinates weekly referral reporting with HR/Business Development
* Supports administrative tasks, applicant interviews, and promotes positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and coworkers
Bilingual Medical Administrative Assistant – Benefits and Schedule:
* Full Time Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday availability as needed.
