Our client, a growing construction contractor in the data centre space, is seeking an HR Advisor to support their expanding operations. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to build and shape HR processes while ensuring compliance across a multi-jurisdictional workforce. Key Responsibilities Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) Lead recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding Maintain HR systems and ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR Support managers with employee relations matters Assist with workforce planning and labour forecasting Work closely with payroll and support audits/reporting Contribute to HR policy development and continuous improvement Support international workforce compliance About You 2 years HR experience CIPD qualified (or working towards) Strong knowledge of employment law Experience with HR systems and Excel Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Desirable: Experience in construction or working with an international workforce Why Join?
