Our client are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work within their Additional Units team in the Commercial Sales Office, based at their head office in Barnsley. You will join them on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

The key responsibilities of their Administrator will include:
* Handling telephone enquiries from homeowners / occupiers.
* Dealing with email enquiries.
* Giving prices, taking orders and processing card payments.
* Processing orders and defects whilst ensuring that deadlines are achieved.
* Notifying customers of their delivery slots.
* Responsibility for general administration duties.
* Undertaking other such duties and responsibilities, as and when requested.
