Primary Teacher
Location: Clacton-on-Sea, Essex
Contract: Full-time / Part-time, Long-term / Permanent opportunities available
The Role
Vision for Education are working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school in Clacton-on-Sea to recruit a Primary Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that support pupils’ academic and personal development.
This role is suitable for ECTs, experienced teachers, and returning teachers, with opportunities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons aligned with the national curriculum
2. Create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment
3. Assess, track, and support pupil progress
4. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
Requirements
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Experience teaching in UK primary schools
8. Strong classroom management and organisational skills
9. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
10. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated approach to teaching
