A Typical Day in the Job: Software Development: Manage and support the development of software solutions, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. System Upgrades: Assist in maintaining and upgrading existing software systems to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Coding & Troubleshooting: Work across various software projects, from big development tasks to fixing bugs and issues, while following the software lifecycle User Support & Training: Provide end-user training and support, including the creation of documentation to ensure smooth software use Collaboration: Support the rest of the team as needed to deliver high-quality software solutions Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Able to use own initiative A positive attitude Ability to work independently Grade 4/C in GCSE English and 6/C in Maths Salary, Hours & Benefits: £18,000 per annum Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Holidays: 24 days annual leave plus all statutory bank holidays Pension: Automatically enrolled in the company's Workplace Pension Scheme (Nest) with a 5% contribution from the company and a minimum 3% employee contribution (Salary Sacrifice scheme for tax savings) Bonus Scheme: Eligible for the company bonus scheme (paid quarterly) after a successful probation period Career Growth: Opportunity to work on diverse projects with exposure to the full software lifecycle, offering real career progression.
