Lead, Customer Support Operations
We are looking for a Client Manager to join our growing team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality account management for a portfolio of clients as the key interface between the client and internal business units.
* Assist customers in achieving desired outcomes using TransUnion products and solutions.
* Improve user onboarding time and experience.
* Facilitate product adoption through established relationships.
* Increase customer retention via relationship‑focused client management.
* Increase customer satisfaction through product adoption and post‑adoption support.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong background in credit reporting or a related industry, with at least 3 years of in‑depth experience.
* Experience using Salesforce to analyze data and craft customer success journeys.
* General product knowledge within the credit consumer life cycle.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Vision.
* Empathy to proactively manage customer concerns and build strong relationships internally and externally.
* Ability to perform real‑time insight, flexibility, and sound judgment across the engagement model.
* Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues.
* Strategic‑mindset in client and internal interactions, capable of resolving conflicts and guiding decisions.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Good project and time‑management skills to handle numerous customer and internal stakeholder touch points.
* Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
