Job Title: Business Agility Lead / Scrum Master E
Salary: Competitive
Length of Contract: 9 Months
Location: London / Bristol / Halifax
Working Model: Hybrid - 2 days per week in office
Hours: Full Time
About the Client: One of the UK's largest and most established banking organisations, offering a wide range of financial products and services while driving digital transformation at scale.
What you’ll do
* Support labs and teams in implementing and refining agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, scaled frameworks etc.)
* Provide agile coaching, stand up new teams, and guide them on tools and frameworks
* Use data and insights to problem solve, drive performance, and boost productivity
* Influence and coach Lab leadership in agile ways of working
* Champion agile delivery metrics and evidence-based decision making
What you’ll need
* Proven experience in Agile Coaching or Scrum Mastery (with relevant certifications)
* Deep understanding of Agile delivery metrics and JIRA / JIRA Align / Confluence
* Strong data-driven problem-solving skills
* Experience in coaching and influencing senior stakeholders
* Desirable certifications: PSM I, PSM II, PK1 or similar
