In this role, you will drive the operational performance of rental shops, ensuring excellence in service, accurate inventory control, and adherence to safety practices. Accountabilities
* Drive execution of operational standards in rental workflows and service recovery
* Lead seasonal readiness and labor alignment initiatives
* Conduct structured store visits for operational assessments and continuous improvement
* Manage inventory accuracy through effective cycle counting and analysis
* Oversee equipment movement and recovery plans to maximize asset usage
* Ensure compliance with labeling and scanning standards across stores
* Analyze KPIs to identify performance gaps and develop action plans
* Coaching Store Managers to strengthen operational discipline and leadership
* Support training program rollout for employee skill development
* Promote a culture of operational excellence and communication
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 5 years of experience in the retail or rental industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Fluency in spoken and written English
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
* Prior supervisory experience is preferred
* Familiarity with the rental industry is a plus
