Hours of Work: 39¾ hours per week

The Warranty & Helpdesk Engineer will proactively assess claims, settle them with dealers & customers, and provide first-class support for TWS equipment. You will also be the appointed person for lift plans when required.
Responsibilities include:
* Processing warranty claims for Terex Washing Systems.
* Gathering claim data, preparing summaries, proposing settlements.
* Settling claims promptly and managing credit runs.
* Collaborating with engineers, quality, and service teams.
* Handling queries via calls, emails, portals.
* Training staff and dealer network on warranty processes.
* Recovering costs from suppliers and coordinating part returns.
* Raising concerns to the Internal Quality Council.
* Advising Helpdesk teams on warranty issues.
* Updating Finance on warranty claims.
* Identifying technology solutions for field issues.
* Supporting dealer networks & customers to ensure satisfaction.
* Ensuring product safety, reliability, and serviceability.
* Completing lift plans as appointed.
* Travel may be required.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years of technical experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Effective communication skills.
* Qualified Appointed Person or willing to attain qualification within 6 months.
* Self-motivated, creative, and innovative.
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of washing equipment.
* Experience with Microsoft Access & warranty portals.
* Administrative experience.
