Job Summary
Project: Housing First for Youth
Salary: Points 23-26, £25,269 - £27,459 per annum (Hourly £13.88 - £15.09)
Location: Greater Belfast Area - Working across communities to support young people.
Hours: Rotational shift pattern (average 35 hours/week), including evenings, weekends, and nights. Typically, three 12.5-hour shifts per week.

Responsibilities
* Provide bespoke support to small groups of Looked After Children aged 16-21.
* Support safety, stability, and resilience to enable independent living.
Essential Criteria
* Experience supporting Looked After Children or vulnerable adults.
* Experience working in mental health, youth care, substance use, or independent living support.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with Microsoft Office proficiency.
* Full current driving license or alternative transport means.
* Willingness to register with NISCC and undergo Access NI checks.
Desirable Criteria
* Six months’ experience supporting young people in care, justice, prison, or supported accommodation.
