The Role: Provide general classroom support Work with small groups of pupils with additional needs, including Autism and ADHD supporting their learning and engagement Providing intervention delivery to low attaining students Assist teachers with planning, preparing resources, and managing group activities Support children's personal, social, and emotional development Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment The successful candidate: Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience Have experience supporting children with SEN or additional learning needs Be patient, adaptable, and proactive in supporting learners of all abilities Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with staff
