Digital Product Manager - PowerPlatform/M365
6 Month Contract
Hybrid / Occasional Travel Required (Cardiff)
Exciting Opportunity to lead the adoption of a product-led, user-focused approach within NHS M365 Centre of Excellence — ensuring technology delivers lasting value through strong strategy, agile delivery, and empowered teams.
This role is about leading a cultural and operational shift for a major NHS digital services department — moving from a project-based approach to a product-led model.
The focus is on the Power Platform (Microsoft 365 ecosystem), helping teams across the organisation to make better use of M365 tools to drive collaboration, efficiency, and user-centred outcomes.
You’ll be setting the vision, strategy, and governance for products, introducing modern product management and agile practices, and coaching teams to embed these ways of working for the long term.
In short: this is a transformation and capability-building role — part hands-on product management, part change leadership and mentoring.
