Tiling Project ManagerLocation: Midlands & North \n Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent\n\nRole OverviewThe Tiling Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of commercial tiling projects from pre-start through to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards, while managing site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships.\n\nKey ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery\nManage multiple commercial tiling projects concurrently\n\nOversee projects from contract award through to final handover\n\nDevelop and maintain project programmes and schedules\n\nEnsure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and contracts\n\nManage variations, delays, and scope changes\n\nCost & Commercial Management\nMonitor project budgets, costs, and margins\n\nApprove labour, material orders, and subcontractor costs\n\nWork with estimating and commercial teams on variations and final accounts\n\nIdentify and mitigate commercial risks\n\nSite & Team Management\nCoordinate site supervisors, tile...
