Headteacher
Salary: L11-L13 depending on experience
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The Headteacher will promote and model Pathways values and successfully implement and adhere to the policies.
2. The Headteacher will create a learning environment in which the resources are effectively managed to secure the achievement of both children and staff.
3. To provide professional leadership for the school which secures its success and improvement, ensuring high quality education which inspires and motivates its pupils and improves standards of learning and achievement.
4. To work with and through others to secure the commitment of the wider community to the school.
5. To be responsible for the leadership, internal organisation, management and control of the school, consulting appropriately with Directors.
6. To create a safe and caring environment for all pupils and staff and to promote and safeguard the welfare of all pupils and staff.
