We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Student Welfare & Safeguarding Officer to join our pastoral team. This is a pivotal role within our college, supporting the safety, wellbeing, and development of our students. You'll act as Deputy Safeguarding Lead, working closely with students, families, staff, and external agencies to ensure every learner feels safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
This role is term time plus 1 week in the holidays 8am to 4pm.
