Shifts: 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00
Days: 4-on-4-off ( 2 days, 2 nights)

We are currently recruiting a skilled Machine Operative with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence to join our growing production team. This role combines hands-on production machine operation with forklift driving and offers excellent long-term progression and development opportunities.

This is an ideal role for someone who is reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new skills and increase their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production and processing machinery safely and efficiently
• Feeding materials into machines and removing finished products
• Operating a counterbalance forklift to move materials and stock
• Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting faults
• Performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Supporting wider production and warehouse activities as required
