Our client, a growing business based in Edenbridge, are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their friendly and expanding team.
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business, supporting multiple functions and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the day-to-day running of the business
Acting as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries professionally
Preparing and issuing customer quotations
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Managing stock levels and maintaining inventory records
Ordering materials and products from suppliers
Raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries
Liaising with suppliers regarding lead times and availability
Assisting with basic invoicing and accounts administration
Providing general administrative support across the businessAbout You:
Pervious Experience in an administrative role within a commercial/office environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
Good attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling orders and data
Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks
Comfortable working in a small team and supporting across different functions
Competent with Microsoft Office and general systemsThe Package:
Salary of £30,000 DOE
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
