What You'll Lead Deliver and embed the Group People Strategy across central functions Partner closely with senior leaders, influencing decisions at the board level Own ER, policy, and compliance with authority and confidence Strengthen KPIs across absence, retention and engagement Lead succession planning, L&D and future-talent development Champion wellbeing, inclusion, and a high-performance culture What You Bring Experience partnering in a manufacturing, industrial, or complex operational environment Minimum 3 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role Strong ER and change management capability CIPD qualified (or equivalent) Highly commercial, analytical, and confident, influencing senior stakeholders Comfortable being fully office-based, 5 days per week Why This Role?
