Your Role
In this dynamic position, you will:
* Work a flexible shift pattern, including nights, late and early shifts, and weekends.
* Enjoy a minimum of 32 contracted hours, with routes assigned up to 12.5 hours per day.
* Collect shopping from our state-of-the-art warehouses and deliver it to our regional sites—no multi-drops or hidden lanes!

Pay Structure
This position is lunar paid, meaning you will receive your pay every four weeks according to a monthly schedule. Here’s the breakdown of your hourly pay (effective from 31st March 2025):
* Basic Rate: £18.48
* Evening Premium Rate (18:00-06:00): £20.48
* Sunday Day Premium Rate: £20.22
* Sunday Evening Premium Rate (18:00-06:00): £22.42
* Overtime Day Rate: £23.10
* Overtime Evening Rate (18:00-06:00): £25.60
