Account Executive – Financial Services & Insurance (FS&I)
Location: London, UK (Hybrid / Remote)
Our client is a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS company with $15M ARR. Backed by Series A funding and on the verge of closing their Series B, they’re now looking for an Account Executive to lead expansion into the Financial Services & Insurance (FS&I) market in the UK.
This is a pure new-logo role — you’ll spearhead growth across financial services and insurance clients, engaging senior stakeholders in risk, procurement, and security. You’ll manage the full sales cycle (with SDR support), from prospecting and qualification through to close, and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy for this vertical.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the entire new business sales process, from prospecting to close.
* Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the UK FS&I sector.
* Build a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns.
* Position the platform as a strategic solution for risk, compliance, and cybersecurity challenges.
* Deliver impactful demos and presentations to senior decision-makers.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and drive vertical success.
* Consistently achieve and exceed new business revenue targets.
About You
* 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong record in new-logo acquisition.
* Experience selling into Financial Services or Insurance is highly advantageous.
* Proven success in complex, consultative sales environments.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk, or compliance domains.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
* Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, curious, and driven to build a market from the ground up.
