Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality customer service to users of the Trust’s eRostering service and associated systems, thereby supporting the provision of excellent patient care.
* Provide administrative support and guidance to managers and system users across all staff groups and the Trust’s four hospital sites.
Qualifications
* Background in IT system support/implementation or electronic rostering from an administrative or clinical role.
* In‑depth knowledge of eRostering related applications, e.g., HealthRoster V11 / EOL / SafeCare / Loop.
* Experience with eRostering in the NHS.
* Experience developing processes and guidance material for end users.
* Experience delivering training and presenting information to groups of people.
* Good understanding of the importance of rostering and its impact on staff, patients and the Trust.
* Organised, adaptable, keen to learn, and able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
