Role: IT Account Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing:
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our client base.
* Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
* Understanding client needs and recommending IT solutions that align with their business objectives.
* Managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals.
* Collaborating with marketing and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
* Tracking and reporting sales activities and pipeline progress with accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience: At least 5 years in sales or account management within the Managed Services Industry.
2. Sales Approach: A consultative, relationship-driven approach with strong interpersonal skills.
