You’ll empower individuals to live independently while ensuring their safety, dignity, and wellbeing at all times. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support tailored to individual needs Support with daily living activities, including cooking, cleaning, and shopping Assist with personal care where required Help individuals access the community, attend appointments, and participate in activities Encourage independence and promote choice and dignity Administer medication (following training) Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care Act as a Key Worker, supporting care planning and goal setting What We’re Looking For: A caring, positive, and patient attitude Passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or autism Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends A full UK driving licence (desirable, not essential) Previous care experience is helpful—but full training is provided Build Your Career in Care Whether you're experienced or just starting out, this is your chance to join a forward-thinking organisation that values its people and invests in their future.
