ICT Service Desk Analyst - IT Wymondham, Norfolk Contract £15.36 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced ICT Service Desk Analyst – IT. A motivated individual, with excellent customer service experience, driven and hard working. Working on a rota between 08:00-17:00 Mon-Fri, no weekends or B/H. Office based for 3 months initially, review will be had before hybrid working, after the first 3 months. Candidates do not require major technical skills, we can teach that, we would prefer a customer service background with someone wanting to learn. Working on Norfolk Constabulary and Suffolk Constabulary's busy ICT Service desk. Taking telephone calls, live chats and dealing with in coming self-service portal requests In order to pass vetting the successful candidate must have been a resident in the UK for more than 3 years.
