Overview
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic and engaging Teaching Assistants to work in long-term and short-time roles in Secondary Schools across Scunthorpe. If you are interested in general TA vacancies or 1:1 TA vacancies, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to develop your experience in mainstream education.
Responsibilities
* Supporting pupils with additional needs in small groups or 1:1
* Encourage and engage students in the classroom
* Uphold high expectations in the classroom and ensure behavioural policies are implemented
* Work with SEND pupils that have ECHPs and IEPs
Support and Training
During your time with Tradewind, we will support you with CPD Trainings provided by the National College, aswell as an excellent service, competitive pay, and regular check ins.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a school.
* Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service
* Right to work in the UK.
* Satisfactory References.
Pay
The rate for this role can be paid to scale, daily rate ranges between 90 - 105 per day.
