Job Description:
Equans is looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Supervisor to join our team covering across the North of England on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, a company vehicle, and benefits package.
As a Mobile Air Conditioning Supervisor, you will have qualifications in HVAC and experience as an Engineer working on commercial buildings. You must have a full driving licence and be willing to travel across the Northern part of England to respond to customer needs and be knowledgeable to fix them.

What will you deliver?
* Ensure all PPM is carried out according to the maintenance specification and logged in real-time using the PDA.
* Complete all relevant paperwork for PPM, reactive, and breakdown works.
* Update customers' CAFM system in real-time with work details.
* Complete reactive tasks and proactively identify areas for improvement.
* Remedy plant faults and defects swiftly to maintain plant in serviceable order.
* Ensure availability of suitable spares for maintenance and reactive works.
* Undertake Point of Work Risk Assessment (POWRA) before starting work.
* Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
* Supervise and monitor subcontractors' work on site.
* Work out of hours to meet maintenance commitments and participate in the regional on-call rota.
* Regularly audit vehicles and tools for safety and compliance.

Who are we looking for?
* Recognized industry qualification and relevant experience
* Ideally IOSH qualified
* MEWP Licence (preferable)
* First aid trained (preferable)
* Full clean drivers licence
* Availability for out-of-hours standby rota
* Good communication skills
This role includes an enhanced DBS check with barred lists; ability to pass is essential.
