Community Support Worker

Salary: £14 - £18 (depending on your experience)

NonStop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable children's charities in the North Wales area in order to help them find a Community Support Worker who can join them as soon as possible.
This is a contract role for a couple of months. It is a full time role for 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be required to work within the Denbighshire Local Authority area, travelling to various homes / schools and community places, having sessions with young people.
You will be expected to manage your own diary and plan sessions with young people.
The role is hybrid: 3 days of community based work and 2 days admin and write ups. Wednesday is an office day in Rhyl but the Support Worker will be able to do the Rhyl based visits that day.

Requirements:
Please apply if you have a youth service background or worked with children and young people- this is a prevention role so experience of working in prevention and supporting children build their reliance is required.
