Every day is different. You'll step into classrooms to supervise lessons, support students, and keep learning on track in the absence of the usual class teacher. What You’ll Be Doing Supervising classes across a range of subjects (no planning or marking required) Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials provided by the school Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Supporting students with tasks and encouraging engagement Following school policies and reporting back to staff as needed Adapting quickly to different schools and year groups What We’re Looking For Previous experience working with young people (school, tutoring, youth work, sports coaching, etc.) Confident classroom management skills Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic Ability to engage and communicate well with students Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) A genuine interest in education—ideal for aspiring teachers (QTS not required for this role.)
