What’s the Role All About?
You’ll be supporting amazing individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs to live independently and enjoy life. Think:
Trips to the cinema, bowling, shopping, and fun group activities
Helping with everyday tasks like cooking, budgeting, and medication
Being a friendly face and a steady hand when someone needs it most
Encouraging confidence, independence, and joy—every single day
What You’ll Need
A full UK Driving Licence (you’ll be driving our company cars)
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
Experience in care is great—but not essential. We’ll train you up!
Shifts & Hours
~14-hour shifts including weekends and sleep-ins
~ Flexibility is key—but we’ll always try to keep things fair
