Assistant HR Information Officer
An exciting opportunity is available within the Human Resources and Organisational Development division for an Assistant HR Information Officer. This varied and rewarding role supports key HR processes that directly impact staff experience and organisational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the Councils Job Evaluation (JE) scheme, preparing documentation for panels, managing the JE inbox, and liaising with managers to ensure smooth and timely evaluations.
* Support the Councils honorarium process by reviewing requests, managing the honorarium inbox, and ensuring compliance with policy.
* Provide administrative support to the HR Data and Management Information service and the wider service.
* Collate queries and provide feedback to managers to support panel chairs.
Qualifications:
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive pay-related information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
* Attention to detail and a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
