Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate athletes of all ages. This role involves developing training programmes, providing guidance, and fostering a positive team environment to enhance performance and personal growth.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement effective training programmes tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams.
* Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
* Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to athletes to help them improve their performance.
* Monitor athletes' progress and adjust training plans as necessary to ensure optimal development.
* Organise and lead competitive events, ensuring all participants understand the rules and objectives.
* Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect among all participants.
* Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and parents to support the overall development of athletes.
Experience
* Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching is essential.
* Strong knowledge of the sport(s) being coached, including rules, techniques, and strategies.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with athletes of varying ages and abilities.
* A background in mentoring or leadership roles is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
