This is your chance to take ownership of high-impact programmes that prepare students for rewarding careers in vital sectors. You’ll coordinate course delivery, track and support learner progress, and work closely with tutors to keep schemes of work fresh, relevant, and effective. Alongside planning and delivering engaging lessons, you’ll oversee assessments, manage course materials, and ensure everything meets awarding body and college standards. You’ll lead quality reviews, monitor performance, support enrichment activities and trips, and collaborate with colleagues including the Curriculum Area Manager and Internal Quality Assurer. Beyond the classroom, you’ll play a key role in student engagement—working with learners and parents, boosting attendance, contributing to open events, and leading team meetings and learner voice initiatives. What we're looking for:
1. Level 3 Childcare qualification or a recognised teaching qualification
2. At least 2 years’ experience in education, with the confidence to support and guide learners
3. A genuine passion for helping young people grow, succeed, and build new skills
4. A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, shared environment
5. Clear, confident communicator with strong organisational skills
6. Calm and accurate under pressure, with great attention to detail
7. Highly organised, with a structured and proactive approach to your work
8. Confident in using your initiative to solve problems and drive progress
9. Flexible and adaptable, ready to respond to the needs of learners and the team

10. Annual Salary: £30,966 to £39,917 FT dependant on experience
