Owing to the nature of the role, an ability to relate to the Academy’s students is crucial. Home visits will be required as part of this role so a UK driving license and a car will be essential.
You will have excellent communication skills, administration skills, a polite telephone manner, be organised, energetic and able to remain calm in a busy environment. Training will be provided on our management information system.

Previous experience of working with children and families and with other agencies is essential, preferably within an education welfare setting.
