MCC Cardiff are on the lookout for skilled Printers, ideally with experience in flexographic printing, to join our growing team.
* Deliver high-quality Flexographic combination print jobs including screen and foil embellishment daily, meeting specifications and maintaining top-tier production standards.
* Ensure timely, efficient output, reducing waste and minimizing downtime.
* Collaborate cross-functionally, strengthening internal workflows and supporting initiatives like SMED and yield improvement.
* Take an active role in Operations Improvement Forums, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
* Maintain strict adherence to quality systems and support local risk assessments.
* Champion a safe working environment, reporting any concerns and supporting safety initiatives.
* Align with our environmental goals, ensuring sustainable day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

What You’ll Bring:
* Experience as a printing press operator, with hands-on knowledge of setup, operation, and maintenance.
* Flexographic combination printing with embellishments preferred but not essential.
* Sharp attention to detail and a drive for high-quality results.
* Confidence using IT systems and in-house software tools.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions clearly and effectively.
* A reliable, adaptable, and responsible work ethic.
* Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement in everything you do.
