Head of eCommerce
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute a market-leading eCommerce strategy across marketplaces and brand websites.
* Manage online platforms, pricing, promotions, and partner relationships.
* Set and monitor KPIs, using data analytics to optimise conversion, revenue, and retention.
* Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and UX teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
* Identify new digital sales channels and growth opportunities.
* Lead and mentor a dedicated eCommerce team, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or related field; MBA is a plus.
* 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce or digital sales, including leadership roles.
* Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and performance metrics.
* Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and conversion optimisation.
* Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC, affiliate, and email marketing.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
