Associate Systems Support Engineer
Redhill (5 days onsite)
Up to £38,000 basic salary
Core Hours: 11am – 7pm (flexibility required)

The Role
* Provide remote and internal support to field engineers
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Monitor systems and identify recurring faults
* Manage support tickets and meet SLAs
* Support new products through early-life phases
* Maintain clear documentation
What we’re looking for
Must have:
* Hands-on engineering background
* Electrical or mechanical experience
* Strong IT literacy
* Flexible with shifts when needed
Nice to have:
* Remote support experience
* Networking, IoT, Python or Linux knowledge
* ServiceNow experience
Working Pattern
* Core: 11am – 7pm (evening role)
* Occasional 7am – 3pm cover
* On call: 1 in 9 weeks (minimal)
* ~5–6 Sundays/year (early hours support)
Training
Full training provided + certifications on specialist equipment.
