We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to manage the lifecycle and extra works programme of assets on our North West Education PFI contract. Reporting to the Contract Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the asset register and management of all works required to maintain all assets across the 12 properties across the contract. Day to day duties for this role include but are not limited to; 1. Manage all variation/change requests (Extra Works) from initiation through to completion, ensuring full compliance with PFI contract deliverables. 2.
