Sales Support Executive
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting the success of a dynamic sales team? We’re seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join our business support function, helping our Key Account Managers deliver a first-class service to our valued customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Provide administrative and operational support to Key Account Managers, including accurate processing of vehicle orders and documentation.
* Manage incoming customer enquiries professionally via email, phone, and portals.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
* Ensure compliance with FCA audits, service agreements, and internal standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar administrative role.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
* Confident using internal systems to process orders and manage enquiries.
* A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
* £28,300 OTE per annum
* Annual leave: 34 days including bank holidays, increasing to 36 days (5 years) and 38 days (10 years)
