We are looking for Assistant Managers who are eager to grow with us and share in our success.
You will be responsible for your restaurant's performance, aiming to deliver revenue and profits by developing your team to provide exceptional guest care and service. Your role includes controlling costs, maintaining brand standards, ensuring outstanding food quality, team building, and creating a unique guest experience.
Here is what you need:
* Operational focus on implementing brand standards and policies
* Consistent delivery of industry-leading guest service
* Experience with restaurant openings is a plus but not essential
* Ensuring store operational requirements are met by following brand standards, scheduling, and assigning staff
* Compliance with Food Safety and Health & Hygiene standards
* Awareness of market trends in hospitality, understanding upcoming guest initiatives, and monitoring local competitors
* Prioritize the guest in all aspects of your work
* Understanding of P&L, budgeting, and payroll management
* Managing stock levels and availability effectively
* Controlling all costs to keep operations profitable
* Analyzing weekly sales data
* Maintaining operations by enforcing personnel policies and procedures aligned with GDK standards
* Providing excellent management guidance, including training, development, and leadership for your team
* Ensuring a safe, secure, and healthy environment for staff and guests
* Fostering team loyalty through coaching, development, and disciplinary actions when necessary
* Training team members to improve skills and cross-train to maintain productivity and growth
* Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives, and issues that can enhance performance
* Responding to guest feedback and complaints to ensure satisfaction
* Identifying current and future guest needs by establishing rapport and training staff to understand service requirements
