Location: Warrington | Full-time
Salary: £44,000 per annum.

The Role
As our new Driver Trainer, you'll support the safe and efficient performance of our driving team through effective training, onboarding and performance monitoring. Reporting into the Transport Manager, your role includes delivering driver inductions (practical and classroom-based), maintaining training records and coaching drivers to improve performance.
You'll also assist with RTC investigations, support driver recruitment and onboarding, and deliver CPC training to ensure legal compliance and professional development. Your work will help maintain a high standard of safety, compliance, and driver excellence across the site.

Key Responsibilities for Driver Trainer
* Maintenance and Development of Driver Induction Training Records
* Delivery of Practical and Driver Inductions
* Building Professional Relationships with Driving Teams
* Monitoring Weekly Driving Performance Score
* Supporting RTC Investigations and Retraining
* Supporting Driver Recruitment
* Delivery of Driver CPC Training
About You We're looking for someone who brings:
* Experience as a LGV Class 1 Driver
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent knowledge of EU and Working Time Regulations
* RTITB qualification in assessing LGV & FLT (desirable but not essential)
* PC literate
* A good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
* A professional approach displaying credibility
* Awareness of Transport and Health and Safety legislation
