About the Role
We're looking for Residential Support Workers to join our team in the West Midlands, supporting children and young people aged 8–18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). No two days are the same – one day you might be supporting with schoolwork, the next planning fun activities, and always being a positive role model.
This is a challenging but hugely rewarding role where you can truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily care and emotional support to young people
* Help young people with routines, education, and life skills
* Support independence and positive decision-making
* Safeguard young people and respond to incidents effectively
* Keep accurate records, care plans, and reports
* Work closely with colleagues, families, and professionals
What We're Looking For
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
Experience with children/teens in EBD, SEMH, or SEN settings
A patient, resilient and caring nature
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
