Salesforce Transformation Lead (Contract)
London (Hybrid) | 6–12 months
A leading B2B media and subscriptions group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Transformation Professional to lead a major CRM integration programme.
You’ll provide overarching programme leadership across strong internal teams (technical build, RevOps, user enablement), ensuring methodology, governance, and stakeholder alignment are in place to de-risk delivery.
What you’ll do:
* Drive cohesion across technical, commercial, and user-enablement workstreams.
* Establish governance, RAID, and reporting discipline.
* Guide best practice for Salesforce deployments, avoiding common pitfalls.
* Manage dependencies across multiple revenue streams (subscriptions, events, advertising).
* Act as the dedicated PMO/programme lead for the integration.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience leading Salesforce/CRM transformations in B2B subscription-based businesses.
* Strong programme management and governance expertise, with a track record of successful delivery.
* Familiarity with event and advertising revenue models is highly desirable.
* Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset – able to balance structure with speed.
