Production Coordinator
Responsible for scheduling production and training activities to ensure efficient operation and timely delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
* Supports scheduling for daily production and training.
* Administers test and training schedules for analysts and technicians.
* Monitors and coordinates test media and supplies under the guidance of Study Directors, Production Schedulers, and Lab Management.
* Ensures all team members have the necessary tools and materials, and handles unforeseen issues by reallocating resources.
* Minimizes testing interruptions and backlogs, contributing to meeting client expectations for reliable and timely delivery.
* Cooperates with all team members to develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
